1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Panorama mobile application and website, operated by Dark Sky Studio Pty Ltd. By downloading, installing or using Panorama, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Your account and workspaces
Panorama lets you create workspaces (Collabs) to collect and organise photos, videos and notes with collaborators. You are responsible for the activity in workspaces you create, including who you invite and the audience settings you choose.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to Panorama. By adding content to a workspace, you grant the workspace's creator and collaborators permission to view, download and share that content in line with the workspace's audience settings. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to share.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Panorama to upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes the rights of others — including name, image and likeness rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Purchases
Panorama is a one-time purchase of $4.99, which includes lifetime access and all future updates. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their payment and refund policies.
6. Liability
Panorama is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Dark Sky Studio Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including content shared by collaborators in your workspaces.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Panorama after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
