Panorama is operated by Dark Sky Studio Pty Ltd. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Panorama app and website, and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (such as your name and email address), the content you add to workspaces (photos, videos and notes), and basic device and usage information that helps us keep the app running and improve it.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to operate Panorama: creating and syncing your workspaces, delivering invitations and notifications, and enabling you to publish content to your connected social platforms. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Content in workspaces
Content you add to a workspace is visible to that workspace's creator and collaborators according to its audience settings. Archived workspaces remain accessible in your profile until you delete them.
5. Sharing with third parties
We share information only with the service providers needed to run Panorama (such as cloud hosting and the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for purchases) and when you choose to publish content to a social platform.
6. Data retention and deletion
You can delete content and workspaces at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us; we will action verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
